Eligibility
The HCSS Construction Award is open to all HCSS customers.
Applicants must agree to the use of their company name and logo in HCSS marketing channels.
Judging Criteria
Finalists and winners will be chosen by a committee made up of HCSS company stakeholders. Our judges generally look for submissions that clearly demonstrate at least one of the following:
- Business results and operational improvements achieved with construction software
- Innovative or unique use of HCSS products
- Industry leadership or recognition
- Commitment to safety, operational excellence, or continuous improvement
- Notable milestones, awards, growth, or a standout transformation story

The ceremony for the 2027 HCA Award will take place during the UGM 2027 keynote in Houston, TX, at the George R. Brown Convention Center.
Finalists will be announced in October 2026 on HCSS social media channels and through email. Finalists will be contacted directly. The winners will be announced in February during the UGM 2027 keynote address.
Each finalist is eligible to receive (2) complimentary conference passes to UGM 2027. Finalists will be announced publicly, and their stories will be featured on HCSS social media channels leading up to UGM 2027. Each finalist will receive a social media package that includes an HCSS Construction Award finalist badge and graphics to share on their respective social channels.
Winners are eligible to receive all finalist prizes but will also be presented with the HCA trophy on stage during the UGM 2027 keynote address. Winners will also receive promotion and media exposure through assets that may include a case study, article, video, social media promotion, and/or recognition on hcss.com. Winners will also have the opportunity to be featured prominently in the George R. Brown Convention Center at UGM 2027.
