Visibility: Finalists get a free ticket to the HCSS Users Group Meeting (UGM) in Houston, TX, February 18-20, 2025. The winner will be celebrated with a trophy, featured across HCSS platforms, and gain industry-wide recognition.

Three finalists will be selected, with one winner and a people's choice award voted by UGM attendees.
Entry Process
Submissions open from September 10 to October 18, 2024. Choose three prompts from a list of ten, each limited to 300 words, detailing how your company excels. Submit your entry here.
The winner will be announced at UGM 2025.
Entry Prompts
From leveraging technology to enhance bidding success, to ensuring safety culture permeates every level of your organization, each prompt is designed to highlight your unique strengths.
Pick the three to tell your company’s story.
- How does technology help you in your drive to bid more and win more work?
- How do you ensure you stand out as a leader amongst competitors?
- How do you avoid unplanned costs/rework?
- How do you ensure your jobs stay on track (on budget, on schedule)?
- How do you track production quantities?
- How do you evaluate the effectiveness of your safety programs? (e.g., reduction of incidents, monitoring the leading indicators, inspection compliance, meetings, etc.)
- How do you encourage commitment to your safety culture throughout your entire organization?
- How do you monitor/track fleet utilization? What do you do to improve it?
- How do you meet the equipment demand from Operations? How do you ensure the maximum availability of your fleet without compromising preventive maintenance?
- How do you make critical business decisions in your organization? How does technology help you make informed decisions?
- What are the major areas where your organization significantly performed in the recent year(s)?
Judging
Entries are judged equally across all prompts. Finalists will be interviewed online post-announcement on October 31, 2024, during the HeavyJob Webinar. The winner will be announced at UGM 2025.
