Classes will be released Mid-November 2026. Communication regarding the availability of classes will be sent out at that time.

Classes will be released Mid-November 2026, along with access to the Attendee Hub portal, where you can build your schedule.

Business casual is the recommended dress code, but it is not required.

Please note that hotels and classrooms do get cold, so a light jacket/sweater is also recommended. Texas has inconsistent weather patterns, so monitoring the weather for Houston a couple of days before you arrive is suggested.

Payment by paper check or wire transfer is not available. All customers can instead pay using a credit card or electronic check (ACH).

Please note that we also do not accept American Express credit cards. Customers who typically pay with AmEx may instead complete their payment via electronic check, which will redirect you to our third-party payment provider to securely enter your banking details.

To complete payment via electronic check, please contact your Accounting Department to obtain the following information:

  • Bank Name
  • Bank Account Number
  • ABA Routing Number
  • Name on Account
  • Bank Account Type

Hotel reservations are not currently available for booking. Registered attendees will receive an email reminder at the end of September when hotel booking access opens.

Yes. Admins registering groups can make hotel reservations by selecting “I am registering on behalf of this person” during the process.

Our annual Users Group Meeting will have a soft opening on Monday, February 15, 2027. Registration is scheduled to open after mid-day. Therefore, we recommend planning your hotel and travel accommodations to ensure your arrival on this day.
