Many of our classes fill up and we ask that you only attend the classes that you are registered for. However, we will provide a schedule change station to allow class changes provided the class you request is not full.
Yes. For 3-9 people the cost is $1,650/person and for 10+ people the cost is $1,600/person. The non-discounted rate is $1,700.
If you register by 10/31/2016, then you will receive a $200 discount. If you register by 12/31/2016, then you save $100. This discount can be combined with the multiple attendee discounts.
Full refunds will be available if cancellation is made by Jan 18, 2017 for the January meeting and Feb 1, 2017 for the February meeting. You can also transfer your registration to a colleague without penalty.

Yes. Once you’ve registered one attendee, there will be a button to “Add Person”. Click this button, and proceed to register the next person. There is no limit to the amount of people you can register at one time. When you’re done registering everyone in your group, the “payment due” will give you a total due for each person, and the grand total at the very bottom.
The event sold out last year, and is anticipated to sell out quickly this year; therefore, payment is required upon registration.
To register for the meeting, a credit card payment is required. Once you have registered the attendee, you can mail a check to the address below. Once the check is received, we will refund the credit card and apply the check as payment.

No. Unfortunately, you will pay for your hotel room(s) directly to the hotel when you check out and your UGM registration fees will need to be paid to HCSS two weeks prior to the meeting start date.
Payment for your hotel room will go directly to the hotel, which accepts Discover and American Express. Payment for your UGM registration is paid directly to HCSS, via a registration site that only accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Yes, but HCSS only has a discounted rate at the Royal Sonesta and the Hilton Houston Post Oak. HCSS does not provide transportation between any hotels.
Yes, you can modify your UGM registration at anytime to include a hotel room. Keep in mind, rooms fill quickly, and may not be available if you wait too long.
In order to receive the group discount, you must reserve your room through the HCSS UGM registration site.

Yes, but any food allergies should be made known to HCSS during registration, prior to the start of UGM in order to make arrangements. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, company, and special dietary requirements so that we can accommodate you.
Yes, we recommend that all attendees bring a laptop with them. Apple laptops (Macs) are not recommended, unless you can run our software from a remote desktop on your Mac. Word, Excel, and any scheduling software you use would be helpful to have loaded on the laptop you bring, but not a necessity.
It is recommended you install the UGM version of our software before coming to the meeting. This version is the same one that our instructors are using, thus providing continuity among classes. It also allows you to play around with the data without affecting your company’s data. It’s important to note our software requires administrative privileges to install. HCSS will email UGM attendees approximately 1 week prior to the meeting with the link for the software installation.
