Please log in to your UGM registration by accessing this site.

Click the “I am already Registered button”. Then enter your email address and the confirmation number you received after registering. After logging in, please click the tab at the top of the page that reads “Post Registration”. On the drop-down, please click “Book Your Hotel Stay” and you should then be navigated to our Marriott room blocks website.

All hotel reservation questions such as modifications, and cancellations will need to be directed to our hotel coordinator, Jamar Fletcher.

ACH Policy – No longer accepting checks for UGM Registration

We do not accept American Express.
Previously, AmEx customers could pay by check, which is no longer an option – the process has been converted to an electronic check option. Alternatively, registrants will be redirected to our third-party payment provider for banking information. Please contact your Accounting Department for the following information:

  • Bank Name
  • Bank Account Number
  • ABA Routing Number
  • Name on Account
  • Bank Account Type

Note: The payment page you are being redirected to will time out within 10 minutes. Please be sure to have the information above; otherwise, you will need to start the registration process again.

The UGM team will import your attendee’s information for you if you are attempting to register groups of 8 people or more. The Cvent website will time out after 15 minutes – to prevent your registration from timing out, the UGM team will handle the initial registration for you. Please email with your attendee information.

After your registration is complete, you will receive an email from the UGM team with Instructions on how to log into the HCSS Attendee Hub. You will need the email address or phone number you registered with to log in.

It will then ask you for a verification code, this code is NOT the same as your confirmation code. After entering your code and successfully logging in, please click the calendar icon on the top right side of the page. You will then be prompted to begin building your schedule.

Registered attendees can select their classes through the HCSS Attendee Hub. Please click here to log in:

Business casual is the recommended dress code, but it is not required. Please note that the hotel rooms do get cold so a light jacket/sweater is also recommended. Texas also has inconsistent weather patterns, so monitoring the weather for Houston a couple of days before you arrive is suggested.

We will be hosting the party at the Rustic Houston which is approximately a 7 minute walk from the hotel.
