Event attendees and employees (both HCSS and hotel employees) will be required to wear a face mask throughout the event. Attendees will not be required to wear masks while eating or drinking, where six feet of physical distancing will be required. Masks must cover the nose and mouth and fit snugly below the chin. If you object to wearing a mask all day, please do not register for the HCSS Users Group Meeting.
All guests and HCSS employees must undergo and pass a temperature screening using the CDC temperature recommendation of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit.
To promote proper physical distancing, you will notice signage and floor decals throughout high-traffic areas to help you identify the appropriate distance to stand from fellow attendees.
To protect the health and safety of all attendees, the venue has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic (including restrooms, elevators, and escalators) as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
